The are many special spots in Sunitsch Canyon - so many unique aspects. There's a big leaf maple grove - the kind that's only hidden in the draws in these parts. A shaded sculpted grove on a hot summer afternoon.
The logs in the photo come from standing dead thumbs and fingers - steps passed by with the living tree. We harvested a couple of these horns for a new entry.
