Introduction to Ceramics
This 6 week class covers the basics of creating functional pottery using the wheel as well as slab and coil building techniques. $250 includes the first 25 lbs of clay, glazes and firing. Students enrolled in the class get access to one free Open Studio per week. Space is limited.
Explorations in Clay for Children
This 4 week class explores various hand building and sculpture techniques. We will also talk about what clay is, where it is found and how it has been used throughout human history.

Open Studio

Open Studio is a time for people with a basic knowledge of ceramics to work on individual projects and improve skills.
The fee is $15 per visit. This includes use of all studio equipment, tools and glazes. Stoneware clay is available for purchase at the studio for $1/pound.
Private lessons are available by request.
